Hello! I hope you're all doing well! The Timeline has finally computed your mission objective — sorry it took so long! Sometimes he gets a little slow. Now, I know he may seem— different, but he's always been correct! Just... ah, be careful when talking to him? He's a learning machine, and all he really knows is about missions, so sometimes he says some strange things when he goes off topic. But don't worry! He tries his best. I'll connect you to him now.

TIMELINE.EXE IS PROGRAMMED TO RELEASE MISSION PARAMETERS. MISSION OBSERVATION IS COMPLETE AND RESULTS FOR MISSION: Nalawi ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Hello World ( ゚▽゚)/ Take the hassle and confusion out of the
Mission,
Try this One Weird Trick!

To help NALAWI, you will need to DEFEAT the GODDESS NALANNI so the energy can return to the world.* In doing so, the people of NALAWI will LOSE THEIR POWERS but the world will continue on. If this objective is not reached, NALAWI will BURN OUT PREMATURELY.

*NOTE FROM TIMELINE.EXE: Giant squid of the Sea, too
2 or 0 Not 1! Thank you

World needs energy to be world
World running out of energy

Does that mean the goddesses didn't create this world, then? they shouldn't be dependent on taking the energy of a world they made to begin with, should they?
futurologists: (TIMELINE.EXE.)

[personal profile] futurologists 2016-05-16 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
You are right they did not
Entire world, yours and mine and KINGOFHEROES's and apocalypseArisen's and coolskeleton95's, all came from the same place
But then universe split and now many universes!

Then... They're just another type of lifeform native to this world that happens to be powerful enough above the other types that it is revered as a deity. To think of them as 'divine' by our own definitions of religion is faulty.

Basically, Nalanni and Ryba are just another physical creature like a chimera that's bigger and parasitic with more power.

Or no?
futurologists: (TIMELINE.EXE.)

[personal profile] futurologists 2016-05-17 12:28 am (UTC)(link)
Not no! Yes
Very powerful big "chimeras" but not chimeras
Goddesses but not creators
Make sense?

yes! You're great.

Are you able to tell us why they cause the world a 'premature' burn out? They've been here causing drain on the planet and have been for thousands of years, haven't they? What's premature about this result for the world rather than that burn out just being the place's 'natural end'?
futurologists: (TIMELINE.EXE.)

[personal profile] futurologists 2016-05-17 10:16 pm (UTC)(link)
'Natural' is a confusing concept
As a program I do not know much about nature!
I am designed to calculate the best possible timeline for the survival of the multiverse
This is it
All I have computed is that the world will die if goddesses live
:(

that's okay. You are very helpful.

Do you have alternative calculations or do you not record "alternatives" once you gain the easiest and best way to solve the issue? From what you say, I am understanding if goddesses live and everything stays as is there will be burn out. No current things that reside on the planet will counterbalance it.

But, if we are here to mess with crap as it is, do you have options that adapt or "treat" the issue while still leaving the problem? It is not efficient, makes things complicated, and actually would be considered "bad" to leave the problem when you could just get rid of it, but it could still be done? Basically, solve issue options without problem being eliminated due to outside interference?

I don't know if results like those are side calculated while you figure out the most straightforward option and get to the root of the issue.

You confused it with your original question, so you decided to ask more complicated questions.

That's enough.

[This cat doesn't want to deal with an overheated Timeline.]
wardance: can I interest you in a sarcastic comment? (♯i'm not so good with the advice...)

[personal profile] wardance 2016-05-19 07:24 pm (UTC)(link)
can't you answer it then?

And waste my thoughts on someone who thinks of my kind as pets? I would rather eat a toad, lizard-man.
wardance: so shut up. (♯you know that doesn't make any sense)

[personal profile] wardance 2016-05-19 07:57 pm (UTC)(link)
answering with a "yes it can" or "no it can't" or "I don't know" would have been less of your thoughts than it took for that snark

you're a girl cat aren't you
