Yes, ALASTAIR's capability to grant powers is...astounding. Sometimes I think there may come a time where people can easily gain incredible capabilities through just experimentation or outright surgical procedure. If surgeries can change the way people look and replenish life that seemed lost...I wouldn't be surprised if ALASTAIR can easily make someone into a behemoth through science.

[Or magic, maybe. Maybe to ALASTAIR it's one and the same.]

Of course I'm sure they wouldn't give powers to just anyone. I'm even more certain that they have the power to take these abilities they grant away, just as easy as they can give.
