Three things.

The first. I'm requesting if you know anyone of our group that was transferred during this mission at any point, whether it was already announced or not, to list them here. If you knew anything about them, particularly unique to them—information, capabilities, whatever—I'd ask you disclose the information, as well. [ he may be able to get the first part, at least, by looking it up but it helps to have confirmation from files that are not documents provided by ALASTAIR. ]

The second. I'd like to know of any of you that are of leadership status back where you come from, particularly if you are responsible for the lives of others. Militarily, politically, socially, whatever. [ not the time to be picky. ]

Lastly, what's the value of a life to you? Both your own and others around you and how far does that value extend? They say there's a time to kill and a time not to kill: what're yours? [ it'd be nice to know who the self-sacrificers are versus the kill-happy. and then everyone else in between. ]

[ yes, he's got a different tone to this from the last time he addressed the network, but the serious nature seems necessary, if not because of the content but because of what they're all sitting in the middle of while they wait to leave chantes. might as well be somewhat productive. ]

Not that you'd ever be able to tell! Most monsters don't cause any trouble, so not a lot happens in the Underground, unless a human comes along. Which doesn't happen a lot, either, I guess.

[ So... they do in fact do a whole lot of nothing. ]

Are you all technically some type of guard or soldier where you come from?

[ ah, but this an interesting thing to hear. monsters do not cause trouble, however... ]

The humans cause problems for you? Hunters?

Uh, no... not all of us?! Papyrus isn't. Plenty of monsters are just regular citizens. And not all of our guards are dogs but the way! Just the Snowdin Canine Unit! The Royal Guard is very diverse!

[ Just to get that out there. ]

Humans have always caused us problems! They're the ones who put us underground in the first place and then they have to go and come to the Underground. It's our job to protect the Underground and our king from humans, and gather their souls so that we can finally escape!

...or it was. It's kind of weird right now though!

Underground—you need human souls to escape? Does that mean they imprisoned you?

[aspearation]

Yeah?? The humans put up the barrier in the first place, and trapped monsters down there. So of course we'd need human souls to break it down again!

[ As if that is actually a logical conclusion-- it's probably not, but it makes sense to her. ]

...What the hell are they wandering around down there for if they were that scared of you guys to put the barrier there?

[ what a bunch of morons... wow!! humans pls ]

That's what I want to know! Even if it would have been beneficial to us to take their souls, I don't know why they would even bother! For fun, I guess?

Sounds like a real bag of dicks. Hope you guys keep them in line.

I don't think that'll be a problem, the last one couldn't even hurt a vegetable! They kind of keep themselves in line.
