You will have to help them as best you can. I imagine some of you have been attempting to help them already, as they've been powerless for a bit now, if I hear correctly. You could try to write instructions, perhaps, or hold a few classes on important things before you have to leave? I'm sure they will greatly appreciate it -- perhaps we can attempt to send some of our literature at Oska through a rift to them, so they can learn from it? I'm not sure if it's possible, but we can always try!
