(Servitude is but one part of being a true knight. She knows of knights who broke free of those they served and sought new leaders to guide and protect. Their vows are important, but vows need not be made to one person or family. Those who served the Starks did so out of loyalty; they were not forced to do so.)

He seems content with it and that is all that matters in the end. (She has to fight back a smile at the wolf's approach. He will receive a nice ear rub for his bravery. She thinks perhaps it would be best to give Alayne a liking for his kind too. Sansa does not have it within her to scream at him or treat him rudely. He has all the manners of her Lady.)

Friends come in many forms, do they not?
