[She nods and begins to guide Kida through some basic steps of dancing. Large strides, spins, coordinating footwork... Nothing too advanced quite yet.

After about nearly an hour, she pulls herself away from Kida, clearing her throat.]

Now. You can always do a few stretches here or there whenever you have some time to yourself. And you can always practice that footwork. With your bare feet, it should prove to be much more stable for you, for the most part anyways.
