I don't think we've got any therians here, no -- though, to be fair, I'm not even sure their cycle would work the same way off of Earth. They're tied to the lunar cycle specifically, which, well -- [He glances up, as if he could even see the night sky of the planet they're on from here] Different planet, different cycle. Same issue when we're back at Oska, too. But I'll let you know if I hear of any later.

[He offers her a grin for her last question. She's such a polite young woman, seeming older than she is from the way she speaks, and it puts him a little more at ease than he usually is around children.]

That's a question with a lot of meat to it. Uhh -- well, I mean, the basics, mathematics and the sciences like biology and chemistry and physics, but also the humanities, history, social studies, English, any number of miscellaneous electives... and then in the higher-level learning institutions like the one I'm at, theoretical and vocational studies specific to certain specialities. At home I'm in university for computer sciences, though that's pretty Earth-specific.
