If this is about a girl (or guy) who dumped you, don't sweat it. There will be others.
I'm not too sure about the specifics, but it doesn't seem like you're a big fan of who you are as a person.
Trust me, I know what that's like. God! Do I freakin' know.
Work on thing things you don't like about yourself, maybe. Do something nice for someone else. Try and have a laugh with somebody.
You might have to figure it out on your own.
