On another note, I am always offering shared meditation sessions, should anyone be interested in joining me. It is good to be physically well, but it is important to also take care of your mind. There is no time better to collect your thoughts than when the world seeks to shake them from you.

I am honestly so tired of the idea of "walk it off," the human body is fairly resilient but that's not excuse to ignore all of medical science when there's an actual injury at hand.

Why would someone be uncomfortable with you, though?
[Robots aren't super common where Law comes from, but isn't their whole deal that they can't harm humans? Something about the Laws of Robotics, he doesn't remember.

I imagine much like a human would. By relaxing your body, and allowing your thoughts to move freely. It is simple enough. Even a machine like myself can do it.

That's not really all that surprising. I was told before that patience yields focus, but I'm not always good at recalling it.

[Before he had been taught that, he might have been more sensitive about his need for this. But he knows the value of it ... and being both a Voltron paladin and a member of Team Audentes has been teaching him a lot about himself.]

In the more traditional sense, yes. I don't have any healing magic but I am a doctor and surgeon.

I suppose I should have expected that kind of attitude from someone offering meditation sessions.

Which is just as important. I do not think I am capable of some of the things a surgeon might be able to do.

I suppose I am predictable in that aspect.
