It is a small comfort to know that I am not alone in mourning so worthy a man, and that he need not be alone in death. This is all that I can do for him now. And indeed, the greatest comfort I have left in this life is to know that when I too pass through death's gates, there I shall meet my dear friend once more. Even in the House of Death, some shade of him shall remain, and so too for me.
