I don't see that addressing the corruption problem must logically end in a solution that leaves the decision of what comes next solely in the hands of Rost, or ends with them in power. I'm not even certain how many of them think they should be the ones in power. I just think they're angry and desperate.

[ Scott also thinks they're the wrong people to lead right now, but that doesn't make them bad people. Or people with bad ideas. Or people who can't be trusted to participate in the solution. ]
