Ask yourself what that is, and what are his motivations.

If there are those that feel that there's injustice here, then it'll happen again.

I made the effort to reach out of half-breeds outside of the Order last month. They only recently conceded to possibly making a move towards peace and gaining rights of their own with the restoration of the sun.

You may be willing to risk progress for the sake of one individual, but I am not.

One does not advocate for change by blocking out the sun and spreading fear and chaos amongst those you claim you're fighting for -- which, judging by Arthur's own words, Michel is not.

I see no reason to give him the benefit of the doubt or to waste resources in attempting to contain or reform him.

He is a threat, and I will not waste my time justifying his behavior.
