[Here we have one exhausted little witch, sitting in an absolute mess of a workshop that is halfway through being sorted for their days-away world shift. Despite their "victory", she looks quite serious.]
Though I know many of you may be reveling or preparing for our departures, allow me a moment of your time for a few points.
Firstly, for those who are yet focusing their efforts on repairing this city and the relationships of its people, I have been conducting research in tandem with Doctor Wells that proves beyond doubt the inbreeding of this worlds' peoples goes beyond those who are first generation born of mixed parentage.
The evidence is in the blood- [A few drops on thin glass slides, which she helpfully shows in her small palm] even those who purport to be wholly human or goblin. If you can assist in disseminating this information to those in position to potentially use it after we are gone for the purpose of peace, it would be appreciated.
[She pauses, brow furrowing slightly.]
- I believe he may have been transferred, but also, if you encounter Sebastian Michaelis, do notify me.
[But she rushes through that one, into the last thing she has to say, gesturing to a large collection of vials, herbs, and salves on her desk.]
I can only carry so much, and there is no guarantee that the next place we travel to will be one that is home to the plants and herbs I am familiar with as this place is, so if you are in need of any medical aid or herbal remedies, do ask for them presently while I still have time to harvest and prepare things.
Consider this a gift from the Green Witch.

VOICE. UN: LOKI
Now that we've meddled enough, I'm quite curious what'll happen to this place.

[They weren't, obviously.]
- the last place we went didn't have a "good" ending. I cannot begin to guess for Chantes.
[And she's not happy for that, either.]

I'm not very good at the good thing, but occasionally I do get it in myself to hope.
[ that he left doing something good. it's heavy right now, sitting in his belly as he waits to leave. ]
no subject
[Very relative. What was "Good" to one could be "Evil" to another as easily as some person could consider a color blue and another see it as purple.
But.]
... I have hope, though. We owe this place that much, I believe, despite it all.

Change did happen, now I suppose it's time to find out if it's the type of change that won't be short-lived.

[Politics and the like are hard...]
At least Michel is no longer an imminent threat. It just depends on who comes after him.
no subject
[ there's a little tch at the end of that. to him, the monarchy was always the greater threat. ]
What happens now is either in or out of ALASTAIR's projected spectrum. I suppose it's a sort of wait and see situation. [ but his voice is impatient. ]
no subject
[Perhaps the monarchy exacerbated the problem that led to Michel... But as someone who has thought herself a witch for so long, and one who is bound to use her magic to help and not hurt... She can't help placing more blame on the spell caster who blotted out the sun and threatened all life on the planet.]
Waiting is... Vexing, to say the least. There is yet that can be done, but... What will you do?
no subject
[ with Michel gone now, it seems like a bit of waste. ]
We'll have another mission soon, as they haven't exactly forgiven our debt.
[ there's a bigger picture that needs attending to—this is still small fries. ]
no subject
[But that complaint is as half-hearted as they come... even if Sieglinde isn't about to admit to part of her desiring to stay here, with these people, in this world.
To run from the truth of her own.]
While you wait, perhaps we may have the last of the cakes...
no subject
I'm sure I could squeeze some time between waiting and waiting to do that.

[ Loki no. ]

Hoh, then I shall prepare a slice forthwith.
