[Gilgamesh gauges this mostly from the fact his head wasn't immediately bitten off, and the logical approach was taken instead. He can appreciate it, vaguely.]

Have you experience fighting powerful creatures? Not gods, necessarily, but those of a similar vein.

You could say that I'm used to conflict back at home.

[ This person did truthfully appear rather haughty, but obviously there's a reason for it, if it is as he says. ]

I fought something akin to malevolent creatures, along with dragons. You could call them monsters, but I didn't do it alone. Though, it was never to kill.

A Servant... Does that kind of thing really apply here? Though, I suppose I can understand what you're saying, to an extent.

It's partly instinct that I myself protect humans, after all.

More than that... it is my duty above all else.

We may not be entirely similar, but it seems as though we have the same goals, even outside of everything going on in this world.

In our current state, my artes are more of use to heal any wounds anyone receives. However, I won't just do nothing.
