So we got a buncha old fashioned guys who are used to swinging around swords all the time and stuff, right? It seems like it, I can't go 20 feet without tripping over someone that's never seen a minipad before. God, would it kill that rift stuff to start taking more people from the modern era?

Anyway, point is I need one of you guys — or, hell, a buncha you guys — to start teaching. I've got some students in mind, foremost being me, because the training room here doesn't cut it if you've never even seen a fucking sword before. And if anyone else sucks at medieval stuff too lemme know, we'll make it a whole party.

Achilles and Koltira, you guys are my top medieval guys that know what you're doing, don't you fucking ignore this.

Also, I've got this little super strength issue where I might break any weapons I try and use, so... there's that, too. Still working on that obstacle. Any ideas, lemme know.

Mjolnir was created in the heart of a star, crafted by dwarves and then enchanted by the All-Father. It's unique unto itself, but that doesn't meant that other weapons can't be.

I'm sure ALASTAIR has its resources, while they might not be dwarven in nature—be thankful for that, going to see them makes feel like you need to shower for a week—sorcery and materials able to withstand more than the mortal norm seem easier to come by.

As long as you know what to ask for.

Always. But in this case... I'm still working out the details. I guess it's hard to go wrong with a sword, right?

You're not really a poisons person, are you? Perhaps something that could not only stand your strength, but utilize it. Some enchantments give swords specific qualities, like cutting through iron and stone, or ones that never miss a stroke, etcetera etcetera.

Never miss a stroke, that sounds like cheating. Or I mean, there's gotta be some base level talent there, not even a magic sword could save really shitty swordspeople from fucking it up.

Ah—well, coming from someone who's turned over a few new stones, I'm generally more resourceful. Like an Asgardian MacGyver.

But, if it's to be done, something that explodes is always the way to go. You could always ask for a sword made of Uru, stronger than anything and meant to hold enchantments. It's never a bad choice until you've found what's right for you.
