So we got a buncha old fashioned guys who are used to swinging around swords all the time and stuff, right? It seems like it, I can't go 20 feet without tripping over someone that's never seen a minipad before. God, would it kill that rift stuff to start taking more people from the modern era?

Anyway, point is I need one of you guys — or, hell, a buncha you guys — to start teaching. I've got some students in mind, foremost being me, because the training room here doesn't cut it if you've never even seen a fucking sword before. And if anyone else sucks at medieval stuff too lemme know, we'll make it a whole party.

Achilles and Koltira, you guys are my top medieval guys that know what you're doing, don't you fucking ignore this.

Also, I've got this little super strength issue where I might break any weapons I try and use, so... there's that, too. Still working on that obstacle. Any ideas, lemme know.

In general I'd say we tend to be a bit better in that regard? I'm not certain how city elves measure up to Dalish hunters but generally speaking humans tend to find us as more graceful and such.

Our clans can wanders across much of Thedas, though yes, I did spend much time wandering forests while I was growing up. But humans don't honestly think we'd just stay in one part of the world, would they?

And anyway, there's some aliens that only stay in one climate on their planet. Not totally unreasonable. [ a beat... ] Hang on, do you know what aliens are?

Are they a sort of creature or something else...?

Oh, man. You're missing out on so much. [ there are so many hot aliens out there, buddy. so many. ] An alien's any species not from your home planet. Could be sentient, could be their version of a rat.

So... doesn't that make most people here aliens to me? Or do you mean it doesn't count with humans, because it seems like you're everywhere.

That would make me an alien to you as well, wouldn't it? An alien elf?

Oh yeah, you're totally an alien elf. And I'm an alien human — to you, anyway. It works like the word "foreigner", I guess, except it means really foreign.

Anyway, point is, there's a lot of aliens out there and a lot of them are super hot. [ is that really the point... well, it is now ] But not everyone's parts work together, so it can get tricky.

Yeah, maybe if we were at war with 'em, or something. You probably wouldn't wanna get laid by anything if you were worried it'd take you prisoner afterward. But with general galactic truce comes the ability to get a little creative, you know?

Sometimes it's a good way to stop someone from being your enemy, I've heard. Although I think that takes a little skill with convincing others.

I'm sorry to disappoint but no, it's not personal experience. Not that I haven't had to talk myself out of some tricky situations before but I've never had to go quite that far with it.

What about you? Is that... compatibility a concern for you?
