[Pearl was a little apprehensive at first to go ahead about this. But when she thought about it, this would be beneficial to many people here. Especially for people who were not used to missions, or even fighting for that matter.

Swallowing hard, Pearl lifts her head and sets her 'communicator' on a rock in the outskirts of the city. Out of harm's way. Once it was perfect, she starts.]

Greetings everyone of ALASTAIR. My name is Pearl, and I wanted to offer my assistance.

[In her hand, it looks to be a sword, held confidently. She bows in greeting to the jewel, shifting awkwardly. This was so different than what she's used to. Heck, she didn't know if it was even working.

Behind her, another 'Pearl' comes up behind her, with a sword as well, about to strike her over the head with it. But in one swift movement, the opposing Pearl falls to the ground, flickering. Pearl lowers her arm, the sword having penetrated the hologram, which fizzles out of existence altogether.]

I have experience when it comes to swordsmanship, and as well as experience with the use of a spear. I wanted to gather if there would be any interest for some training. We all come from many different backgrounds, myself included. I want to make sure everyone has a chance to defend themselves.

For now, I'm gauging interest. Also, if anyone else is interested in hosting some training as well. I don't... mean to be the 'head' of any group. I merely wish to help where I can. This would help immensely for what might be on the horizon for us.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know. And if you wish to speak to me in person, I'm just on the outskirts here.

( violence is not exactly his favorite subject, but fact of the matter is, she's right. it's vital the group knows how to defend themselves. )

I could teach archery. If it's wanted.

( he knows how to run a sword and a shield but he doesn't like them, and would rather not pick them up again. )

Hand to hand too, I suppose.

Archery would be benefical! I'm sure we could purchase some bows and arrows for ourselves.

[She nods in greeting but is taken aback by his comment.]

Eh? Wow, Pearl! That's amazing! I mean, I have the Sword, but I've never....actually trained with it, exactly.

[Or. Any of the Cards. It's mostly been instinct and advice from Kero or Syaoran that has kept her going in collecting them. She's never actually sat down to train in using any of them. Sword being one she has used before, but she's not sure she could really stand up against people actually trained with using it.]

I didn't know there were two of you--hoe?

[Oh. Wait. That's. Not actually Pearl. Or a twin. Something....more along the lines of the Mirror Card? Sakura never considered that, in training.]

Um, if it's okay, I might come see about training. I have my own Sword, so you don't need to worry about that.

Oh no I ah... I don't name my weapons.

They're just kind of. There. For me to use.

I thought you were simply something pretty to look at. I did not know you could hold your own in this way.

Good idea. Making a bow is a lot of work. Arrows not quite as much, but... takes practice.

Might be, anyway. Doesn't hurt to have a few experiences when it comes down to it.

Oh, that's a pity. Such a lovely looking weapon could use a name. I bet it's seen its fair share of battles, too.

[ There's some cheerful clapping. He was watching the whole thing with some interest, and he genuinely finds it very impressive. ]

Hyuu! [ And that was a miserable attempt at whistling. Rather than actually whistle, he voices out the sound instead. ] Wow, you're so cool! That was amazing!

[UGH, she groans and lifts her hand to the jewel as if to say giiilrl, don't get me started on her. Rolling her pale eyes, her sword disappears and crosses her arms.]

No. If anything, I want nothing to do with her.

[ he'd made the realization that not all of them were trained quickly upon his arrival, but this in particular is a reminder of the fact. and now that she points it out, while they've got what seems like a lot of free time in between their information gathering, it's a good time for them to harness it. perhaps even a necessary time.

the sword she uses is interesting, not to mention the decoy. ]

My experiences are a bit more... practical, but I could give teaching a shot.
