[When he says the words 'treasure', he never ever expects something like gold or actual riches. Treasures are more than that. They're items with meaning, or even places with feelings left there that need to be protected.

So when Hanzo brings out that single, striped feather, his expression doesn't change to anything confused or disappointment--rather, he leans right in to take a look at it.
And for someone with half a brain and no personal boundaries, he doesn't even reach to touch it.]

He gave it to you instead of keeping it?

[Feathers were pretty cool--but he can entirely understand the meaning behind that. If Hanzo was part of a rich family, something like this would be seen as trash.
But the sentiment behind it...
