[There's noise the minute the feed starts, but it's not coming from the sullen man sitting front and center, rather from the out of focus commotion behind him. There's a lot of people talking at once, but a certain straw-hatted pirate can be heard over all the others,
"Hwah! There's so much meat!!"
"Luffy, don't eat it all by yourself!"

The look on Law's face suggests that he is annoyed yet tiredly resigned to the level of ambient noise around him. More importantly, his face is clearly visible since his hat is noteably absent.]

If anyone happens to see my hat around, please return it to me. It-
["Nami-swaaaaaan! You can sleep in my bed toni-" cut short by the distinct sound of someone being smacked in the face.]
... I'll attach a picture. Let me know if you've seen it.

[He ends the feed with a sigh. Attached is a picture of the desert with Law's signature furry white hat rolling by like a tumbleweed.

(OOC: Feel free to assume a sighting of Law's hat, the more people who have seen it but not grabbed it, the funnier.)]

Unless one of us is really into this cowboy stuff-- apart from the cowboy guy-- he must've been a native. Guess the law of finders keepers is above all wherever you go.

that should be easier to handle, at least. I don't care so much if I have to forcefully take it from someone I won't ever see again in a month or two.

That's looking likely, honestly.

At this point I'm expecting it to just turn up in my lap once day with how much traveling it's apparently been doing.

It fell off at some point when the bandits attacked the train. By the time they'd been dealt with, it was gone. SO I don't know exactly.

In that case, one of the bandits we DIDN'T take out must like...

Whatever style that thing's supposed to be.

[The underlying suggestion that one of the bandits took it seems likely. However the overlying vague insult is what Law chooses to focus on.]

If you're going to insult my hat at least be upfront about it.
[Also literally fight him.]

I don't know why everyone seems to think this.
It's a perfectly good hat.
It's warm.
