First of all, did you somehow miss how he actually, I don't know, warned us all? It's something he can't help, but he still managed to let us know he'd be dangerous. Second of all, he can't help it, dude, that's like blaming someone who has the flu and takes every precaution not to infect others for you getting sick anyway!
If he can't control it, we figure the hell out of how to control it, man! You talk about functioning as a team, but it seems like you're the one who has no frickin' clue how a team's supposed to even work here.
