It is my understanding that we were gathered to function as a team. A concept that is, perhaps, difficult for many of us to become accustomed to, but a path we have had no choice but to take in any case.

Yet here we are, already faced with danger enough from our missions, and we are equally forced to fear one of our own as well?

Explain to me why we should endure the presence of a monster who cannot keep his nature in check. How many were injured by Koltira's hand, yet all of us remain silent.

Sometimes it's a little harder to pin down something like that. Even if I halfway agree with you here--keeping silent about being injured by your teammates is a definite no,--but maybe figuring out the rhyme and reason to a bloke's actions is better than smearing his name where everyone can see it.

This, my friends, is what we call a riot check.

Um, can I just also ask... how many people here are honest about the stuff they need or the stuff they can do? I didn't understand it at the time... and still don't, not really, but at least Koltira-san spoke up in a vague, mostly not helpful warning. For a team that's supposed to work together and all, we keep a lot of the important things away from each other.

Then I won't stay silent. I thought I could stop him... talk him down. Apparently, that was a terrible idea: if I hadn't called for help at the last second, Koltira would've killed me.

Half the team's already told you to get your head out of your ass, so I won't tell you again. [Even if he really, really wants to.] Instead, I'm gonna propose that we try something different wh-- if he goes berserk again. We can help him together. Teach him to control it, and if not, keep him down as a group instead of alone. We'll keep ourselves in one piece, we don't have to turn a friend into an enemy.
