There's a lot to keep track of while traveling. Where you're staying, what you're bringing with you, how to keep your clothes clean, how much money you have, what language is being spoken, etc. You would be able to visit a lot of interesting places, probably, but most of it sounds like a hassle to me. You'd be a stranger everywhere.
Not surprising. Even when you don't take the social aspects into account, the circadian rhythm is a very powerful biological impulse.
Never have it again. I'd rather remember it fondly than get sick of it.
