[ haha, oh joy, it's something Jesper definitely has no personal investment in, nope. Not at all. He doesn't have to share this, he could just keep quiet but... but that's not what working in a team is about, right? What's the harm? ]

My world has Grisha. What they do is-- it's not really magic, though some people call it witchcraft and that kind of thing. You're born with the ability to sense and manipulate the 'small science' in things, whether it's fire, life or metals, that sort of thing. There's different types, most people who are born with it can only do one kind. And in most countries, Grisha are sold and traded for their skills like commodities. Best case, you join up with the Ravkan army in exchange for relative freedom.

Basically if you're born a Grisha and you don't hide it, you're looking at a future of servitude one way or another.
