Ahem.

[The video reveals a rather proper looking young girl (ignore the old blood stains on her dress), sat in front of a rather impressive sprawl of vials, jars, and herbs.]

I am Sieglinde Sullivan, and though I have made some of your acquaintances, there are far more of you than one can expect me to know- so please consider this my formal introduction.

[She pauses, until. Yes, that's right, no one could reply yet.]

My true purpose in contacting you all is to find out who among you is capable of healing, whether that be in the scientific or magical sense. I am aware of some of you, but I could use some assistance in the production of potions and salves if there are any among you competent with such things.

Even someone unskilled could be of use if you are willing to learn and have a steady hand.

I would also appreciate the chance to speak more leisurely with those who may have knowledge of healing methods different from those of my own.

I await your contact with pleasure.

With bending. [She's still not used to this being a foreign concept.]

Water has restorative properties and a trained waterbender can use those properties to heal. I may not be the best one in the world, but that might be because I was trained by them.

Yeah. It's pretty common where I'm from. I don't know if that's the kind of healing you're looking for, but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that uses waterbending for it.
alphatar: book four (Why don't you answer me ocean?)

The cleaner and more pure, the stronger it'll be. But generally, yeah, just about any water will do.

Anything heavy like internal organ damage would probably take more than just a healer to take care of though.

[Oops. Bending not being a thing here is something she'll probably never get used to.]

With physical movement. The most effective method is through different martial art styles that focus on the element, but I can do smaller things with smaller movements.

[She pops open her hand real quick to make an updraft of hair fly past her shut eyes and tussle her a hair a bit.]

[Oops. Going too fast is Korra's usual so she slows it down.]

It's not magic really. Bending uses someone's chi, life energy, to connect with the element. Spirits are an entirely different thing. They can be annoying and helpful, sometimes both.

But yeah. The four elements on my world are earth, fire, air, and water. I'm the only one who can bend them all.
