[ Genos is sitting on the floor in a small room, with a mix of confusion and annoyance on his face. There's a lot of yellow fabric scattered around, and behind him, a hint of Saitama on a visible side of the floor; lying down, reading something.

The annoyance comes from losing a fight in which cyborg is participating. With needle and thread against a tattered...yellow...rag? He puts away the needle and presents the rag- ah, it's actually a yellow jumpsuit, full of holes though - to the viewers. Some of the holes are patched up, with the different yellow fabric. The color is close enough, but the texture is different so they do stand out. ]

While we still have some time before the mission begins, and I understand that gathering intel, and investigating the museum is our top priority right now, I still have a small request for assistance

[ He tries to fold the uniform without damaging it further ]

Is anyone here skilled in the art of tailoring, or specifically, fixing clothes? Unfortunately, I do not possess necessary experience and knowledge required to save my sensei's hero suit. Contact to trusted tailor would be welcome as well, but since we don't have much time left, I'd rather not have the suit left behind when we get ported back.

[ At this point Saitama just rolls over and says ]

Genos, stop bothering people about unnecessary stuff.

[ Genos, of course, turns back to him ]

It's very necessary, I know how much your uniform means to you-- [ the video ends before he finishes the tirade ]

Are there any other "spells"? What is needed to acquire them?

Oh, many I believe. You can obtain them using your coin, and by putting in a request.

Do you happen to know more than one spell?

You're quite welcome. There are a number of offensive spells to choose from, if that's your thing.

[One might think he'd choose something like that for himself, but considering his enhancements combined with his near invulnerability, he doesn't believe it necessary.

That...and it seems sacrilegious somehow, to tamper with Mother's design, despite his flaws. The one that truly counted has already been rectified, after all, even if it turns out to only last as long as he's with ALASTAIR.]

And no, just the one. Perhaps I'll consider another at a later date, but for now I don't feel the need.

[ That's the word he almost perks up to. The magical word signaling that the spells suddenly become even more interesting ]

Correct, offensive suits me just fine. [ After all, he's after the "ultimate destructive power", not pointless things, like keeping himself alive ]

[He falls silent then, and will continue to remain so until he reaches the address he's been given, unless otherwise encouraged. Reception should call up to let Genos know his 'guest' has arrived, and not long after that there'll be a knock at the door.

[ Genos, usually wearing the same serious expression, is visibly relieved at seeing Giovanni. He will be in your debt for this, you're his saviour right now, ok? ]

That was fast.

[ Genos invites inside the "suite"; compared to general Leramzen standard, this is most likely cheapest hostel around. Of course, since the living standard is generally high in the city, it still means it's two rooms with a shared bathroom and a kitchenette. ]

I greatly appreciate your help. [ He says while he's plucking a needle out of the softer material that covers palm side of his hand. The uniform he tried to fix is at this point just a yellow, tattered rag with random patches. ] So, do you... need something?

[Giovanni shrugs upon entering, flashing a brief little smile--]

I wasn't too far from here when you made your request. What luck.

[He only casts a cursory glance around at his surroundings-- on the cheaper end of the scale, certainly, but still more lavish than anything Giovanni is truly accustomed to. His own rooms are only a little pricier than the ones his teammate seems to have opted for, for this reason. He doesn't require much.

Although ample wardrobe space is definitely a plus >.>

He turns to face Genos once the question comes. Shakes his head.]

Only my hands.

[Although he wouldn't say no to tea if you were to make him some.]

[ So tea it is, Genos got used to making it for Saitama's rare guests back home- who'd think he will get a guest of his own one day. A shocking turn of events. The room is equipped with small electric kettle so all he needs is to disappear for a moment to get cups ]

You prefer green, red or black?

[Giovanni looks up at that, expression considering.]

Oh. I wasn't aware there were different types.

[Look. The provisions they'd been given in the Below were all very basic and bland. He's only now beginning to learn what he likes and dislikes.]

I suppose I'll have whatever you're having.

Then you're going to get green. [ Green is the most common and the cheapest where he comes from. And it does remind him of home, so while all those exotic blends are interesting experiments... but at times one needs just a good, old matcha.

The water boils quickly in the fancy kettle, so it doesn't take a long wait for a steaming cup of green tea to be placed in Giovanni's reach ]

It's quite close to Matcha tea I'm used to. Albeit of a higher quality.. [ everything here is of superior quality, really ]

[And he peers at it with a detached kind of interest, notices that it's unlike the kind he's tried before. But whilst he waits for it to cool a little--]

Do you have the garment you wish me to mend to hand?

Yes, of course.

[ Genos quickly hands Gio the hero-suit.

Yes.... That yellow thing scattered around. That wasn't just a rug or a unique part of the interior finishing. That's the uniform, even though at this point it barely looks like one. Once it was an, ah, a "fashionable" jumpsuit ]

[well it's...certainly something. not something Giovanni would ever be caught wearing, even without all the damage, but of course he holds his tongue in that regard. At the very least, the level of damage doesn't some as a shock to him-- his own clothes have often ended up in a similar state.

He takes it without a word, begins passing his hands over the torn material. and like...well...magic, the material seems to replenish itself, until bit by bright yello bit, it once again takes on the form of the interesting garment it has begun as.]

It's certainly a spell that proves useful when one would prefer not to spend a fortune on new suits, hahah.

[ Genos takes the uniform and holds it high, inspecting from both sides. He's amazed- ]

It looks like new! I am in your debt! Saitama-sensei must see this when he returns.

[ He's a dumb, excited fanboy like that. ]

[ Genos quickly folds the hero suit into a neat square and puts it away. He sits on the floor because old habits do die hard. ]

Earlier, you've mentioned offensive spells. Do you have any more information about them?

[Giovanni watches him from behind the orange sheen of his glasses, reaches to take his tea from the table. Holds it cupped in the palms of his hands.]

What kind of information are you looking for? I know a few people have requested such spells, and ALASTAIR haven't denied them.

I'm interested what kind of spells they are. Offensive can mean many things. Summoning a flame or blizzard? Being able to hurl objects at enemies telekinetically? Or just a simple strength and speed enhancement? Even something subtle like manipulating someone's senses to confuse or blind them could count as an offensive action.

[ He was thinking a little too much about this. And probably reading too many action books ]

Is there a list of the possible spells somewhere?

[Giovanni shrugs, brings his tea to his lips in order to take a sip before he continues. There's a brief tilting of his head as he takes in the taste of it, quite unlike the kind he'd previously been given. He finds he doesn't dislike it, however.]

I'm afraid I don't know. I think there are some basic elemental spells to choose from, but as far as I'm aware you're welcome to ask for anything you can think of, within reason. It's my understanding that it starts off as a relatively small thing, but you can ask for upgrades to make the spells stronger should you wish to.

Is there an ability you're particularly interested in?

I can generate fire and electricity on my own. More options of similar kinds would be of course be a welcome asset but-

I've seen what kind of damage a strong telekinesis can do... [ His face for a moment goes blank, and the emphasis he puts on word "seen", suggests he might mean something else. It's actually a short for "experienced it first hand". But better not to focus on embarrassing memories ] If a spell like this is within realms of possibility, it would probably be my first choice.

[Interesting. Giovanni tilts his head in that eerily canine gesture of his, but says nothing. Isn't the type to pry too deeply into other people's business, tending as he does to be too wrapped up in his own convoluted issues to think extensively about others.

Instead, he nods. Sips his tea.]

Then you should enquire about it. One of our number requested empathetic powers...the ability to calm and sooth others during volitile circumstances, and the like. I don't see why telekenises would be out of the question, in light of that.

[The empathy powers something he himself has experienced first hand, used to quiet him and prevent unnecessary violence on his part during the Woodhurst riots.]
