So just as a heads up, something is up with the walls in this place.
I can't see a damned thing past them, and I've already tried my luck in hopping past them too.
Not working.
So the old fashioned way is, unfortunately, looking like what we're doing here.
Which I'm not real keen on, but I reckon there's not much to be done about it other than just pointing out what I'm noticing here.
That about covers it. Otherwise: yeehaw, we escaped, kind of.

i haven't been able to blow a hole in them either although i'm sure i'm not the first person who's tried
using explosives would probably just end up blowing your own face off so i might advise no one else try it

I thought about doing the same, but I figured it wasn't safe when I couldn't see past them. That alone made it unlikely.
Which I'm not real happy about, but here we are, I guess.

i would really feel better if i could knock a wall down even so. it would be cathartic.

And I suppose it's not much, but keep an eye on the sky and walk away from your beautiful north star, alright? It may help in getting your bearings.
[True to his word, he HAS been projecting a large gray star above the broken ship to help those more explorative than himself.
It's what he's got.]

[He's already tested it with an ink bird...a pain in the ass tbh]

Yeah, no luck on that one. Suppose I should be glad enough that we're out of the prison, but I don't exactly run into situations like this one often.
[or: not at all]

Walls are unbreakable and can't be breached in every sense of the word. Kind of a more perfect jail than the one we were just at.

I appreciate that. I don't normally have to worry about getting lost, but it'll help.

it would seem the ship was only intended as a holding area until we could be left here to expire on our own
[It seems like a lot of effort when they could've just killed them on the ship, honestly??? He doesn't particularly understand the point of it, especially when he'd originally assumed they intended to make use of them in some way]
unless this labyrinth holds some other purpose, i suppose

This heist is certainly not going that smooth, but not the worst I've dealt with.

[hello, he is here to be That Guy who assumes the crash was a built-in failsafe specifically for the scenario of prisoners managing to overtake the ship.]

you guys really don't think they had at least one nuclear option on hand for when they realized it was all going to hell?

I'm not a man who does well being confined.

if we somehow don't all die in here we should ask ALASTAIR to make that our official team motto

that's okay
it'll be the real motto in our hearts

(we don't)
i'm not sure what the goal of it is
it's clearly part of the prison, or the trial, but it's stupid
it has nothing to do with justice it's just "can you get through a maze because if you can solve this puzzle and maybe avoid some traps or whatnot you get to go free"
or else no one gets to go free and there's an execution at the center of this maze but that would just be a waste of a maze planner's time i feel

Add the "invulnerability" to the list of wall's properties.

People come up with all kinds of crazy punishments to get their jollies off. It doesn't have to make sense to us.
Hey, if the maze planner got paid, what's he care?

I've gathered that much. No one's made a damned dent in these walls. I can't even bypass them or look past.

Whoever made this place made it resilient as hell.

[ hello captain obvious, that's exactly what has just been said ]
It's probably useless information unless someone can use it to identify a possible material the maze structure is made of. And then just happens to know its weakness.
Can you adjust your vision settings, maybe something unconventional can give a good reading?

sorry
fine i take it back.
that's true, we could be at the mercy of sadists
artistic integrity? isn't there a story about that. it was daedalus i think.
