When he opens his mouth, it's not meowing that comes out, but the baritone voice of a man. ]

Audentes. You will soon receive a dossier compiled by our analysts, which should give you all the information you need, but I have been told by the knife-eared one that you would appreciate a personal touch. Cherenkov and I are the most qualified to deliver this, and so here I am.

[ He pauses. ] We have located Zymandis's home base, the Mothership, using radio-frequency trackers in leftover robots from their assault on Oska, using your techniques. Using the calculations of the TIMELINE.exe, we have been able to pinpoint the Mothership's path in the next forty-two days, after which its path becomes unclear.

This means we can safely rift you in and out of the heart of Zymandis, an unprecedented opportunity to gather information. And to sabotage, if the mood strikes you. Do not waste it.

The TIMELINE.exe has additional notes to impart. It is an old program, so please... try to have some humor about whatever it says.

There's some merit to what you say.

[ It does seem awfully convenient, that they've located Zymandis at this time. Walking into their base of power without considering that it could be a trap seems foolish. ]

[Kagari has a feeling there's a "but" in there somewhere, or at least on its way, but you know what, he'll take it. Having someone even willing to listen to his point of view isn't an opportunity he wants to waste.]

so i mean, the next question is what do we do about it, right?
nobody wants to just let zymandis sail off into the cosmic sunset, but i'm pretty sure none of us are up for death maze 2.0 if things go to hell again either

we gotta have some kind of exit plan
a ripcord to pull that's not relying on ALASTAIR to pull our asses from the fire this time

[ When he bothers to express his opinion at all, Ahad tends to be both succinct and thorough. Kagari certainly seems to be the latter, as well, if not the former. ]

Designing a method to rescue ourselves seems as if it would require more knowledge than we have, at present.
