Hi, everyone. I'm Catherine!

I've been talking to a few people about our mission, and I've been thinking... Do we have any ideas for how to restructure the government that don't require full-scale fighting? Like, if we could gather evidence of the corruption and expose it to the public, through, say... cyber espionage? It would at least give us more information, even if we don't go that route.

Reconnaissance is a good first step!

I'm not an expert in this, but I figure one of you is. So I want your thoughts! Or if you have experience hacking and want to teach me. It sounds like it would be easier to sneak in and put a physical receiver into one of their central systems, but in the spirit of keeping our options open, I might as well learn.

Even if doing it the manual way is going to be very slow.

[ Catherine is not so thrilled. Despite how opinionated she is, she's not very confrontational, and prefers to avoid and hide from conflict rather than encourage it. Therefore: ]

What, is that a rite of passage? Well, I'm not answering them anymore. [ Yes, she says that in a public thread. ] I'm not here to argue with people and if they aren't interested in what I have to say, I don't know why they're replying at all.

People are very passionate about their beliefs here. It serves us well when it keeps one another in check. But other times...

Well, it can't be helped. I consider it a bonding experience as well as a rite of passage. You can learn a lot from a person this way.

That makes you sound like a creepy stalker, reading everyone's arguments. I don't feel like I've bonded. I feel like I want to get back to work.

I wouldn't call it creepy. I just like to know where everyone stands.

But if you need something to distract you, I've been working at the hideout with Rost to see how they feel about my plans.

They seem to be on board with it, if only because it negates the need for physical spies putting themselves at risk.

Yeah... I can see that. That's what we use robots for at home, too-- dangerous jobs that it'd be risky for a human to do.

And who suspects something adorable and useful like the robots you use to clean your homes and offices?

They are pretty adorable. I wish we'd had tidybots. Think we can sneak one back to HQ with us when we go?

Considering I've been dismantling a few, I don't see why not...

It's a small price to pay for what we're doing, don't you think?

Heck, Edvard would probably give me one if I asked. No stealing necessary. I'm making him a friend-- it'd be nice to take something back with me.

Exactly! It's a public service. But I also just felt bad for him, stuck there forever... Tidybots are cute, but not great conversationalists.
