Helloooo, Guild Ophelia~!
[Yep, it’s Urahara. Everyone’s favorite jackass, beaming at the camera in all his be-buckethatted glory] It looks like I perfected my latest project just in time. I call it-
[And here he holds up what looks like a tiny computer chip, as he speaks with a booming flourish:] Project Fey! Turn the Enemies Against One Another!
[If you’re embarrassed by him, trust me… you definitely should be. It’s a natural reaction]
It’s a specialty chip designed to attach to the cleaning robots that activates when they start up. If we plant these little doodads in government buildings, then we have a chance to spy on officials and find out information without endangering anyone else. We’ll be able to see if there’s any incriminating evidence we can leak to the masses to get the upper class to turn to our side as well.
Of course, it’s a really daunting task, and I couldn’t hope to do it all by myself, so if anyone feels up to being sneaky, we need people to get into places to put these chips in the cleaning robots, as well as a few hands on deck to make extra chips with Rost's help, and sift through the data. And fighters to protect all of our backs! Every little bit helps.
And you should all thank Maya-san for inspiring this~

You're acting helpless ...
[ Probably to a reason, but she's going to chastise him for it anyway. ]
I'll still help. Obviously.

You're lucky it's a good plan. And that we'll be in the upper levels anyway.

You have a funny way of preventing it. People will likely get arrested doing this.
[ some, at least. it's hard to imagine no one getting the axe from this. it's a high risk. ]

[Looks at the people going in.
Looks at the person who isn't going in.
Whoops. ERM.] Have a little faith in your guildmates.

Don't worry about it. I'm sure everything will be fine, regardless, but it's always nice to have extra materials if someone has them to lend.
