Helloooo, Guild Ophelia~!
[Yep, it’s Urahara. Everyone’s favorite jackass, beaming at the camera in all his be-buckethatted glory] It looks like I perfected my latest project just in time. I call it-
[And here he holds up what looks like a tiny computer chip, as he speaks with a booming flourish:] Project Fey! Turn the Enemies Against One Another!
[If you’re embarrassed by him, trust me… you definitely should be. It’s a natural reaction]
It’s a specialty chip designed to attach to the cleaning robots that activates when they start up. If we plant these little doodads in government buildings, then we have a chance to spy on officials and find out information without endangering anyone else. We’ll be able to see if there’s any incriminating evidence we can leak to the masses to get the upper class to turn to our side as well.
Of course, it’s a really daunting task, and I couldn’t hope to do it all by myself, so if anyone feels up to being sneaky, we need people to get into places to put these chips in the cleaning robots, as well as a few hands on deck to make extra chips with Rost's help, and sift through the data. And fighters to protect all of our backs! Every little bit helps.
And you should all thank Maya-san for inspiring this~

I'll be there.
Where are the locations you plan to compromise?

We plan to hit the Democratic Complex, the Prime Minsister's home, and the homes of any other government official who might be hiding something.

The Prime Minister. You should try to find out what you can about his residence.

We're working on it, to be certain. The Rost have been very helpful with that kind of information, since we're at a slight disadvantage.

I don't know if that's necessary at this point. If he can be ousted by destroying his credibility then it won't make a martyr of him, and no one will be able to use it to further prove a point about rebellion.

Looks can be deceiving.
