[Yep, it’s Urahara. Everyone’s favorite jackass, beaming at the camera in all his be-buckethatted glory] It looks like I perfected my latest project just in time. I call it-

[And here he holds up what looks like a tiny computer chip, as he speaks with a booming flourish:] Project Fey! Turn the Enemies Against One Another!

[If you’re embarrassed by him, trust me… you definitely should be. It’s a natural reaction]

It’s a specialty chip designed to attach to the cleaning robots that activates when they start up. If we plant these little doodads in government buildings, then we have a chance to spy on officials and find out information without endangering anyone else. We’ll be able to see if there’s any incriminating evidence we can leak to the masses to get the upper class to turn to our side as well.

Of course, it’s a really daunting task, and I couldn’t hope to do it all by myself, so if anyone feels up to being sneaky, we need people to get into places to put these chips in the cleaning robots, as well as a few hands on deck to make extra chips with Rost's help, and sift through the data. And fighters to protect all of our backs! Every little bit helps.

Exactly! [What he doesn't say is both Rey and Maya have seen all that he can do and know he'd be beneficial to that aspect of the mission, BUT GO OFF I GUESS, URAHARA.] I'm wounded, but I'm sure they'll forgive me when they see what I've been able to accomplish behind the scenes.

[ He learned that he's a shinigami that helps spirits find peace from Rey awhile back... but as for other abilities, that's about it. Oh well. ]
