[ WITH THE FURY OF A THOUSAND PASSIONATE SUNS, IT'S IIDA ( "who's iida", some of you might ask. well, this is iida. ): ]
OPHELIA, MAY WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION! Thank you in advance! Ciri and I have been working together to gather information that our group may find pertinent to our work here in Drakstaden. She has been fantastic to work with, and we hope you are able to make something of our hard work and findings. Pst. It's all you -- !
Ah, please. The compliments aren’t needed — [ She clears her throat a bit awkwardly, trying to hide the tone of her flustered words. ] Loose lips speaking distaste of the current government have most certainly caused problems for this world, however… We have found a bit more information. Some names which may prove useful if we intend to find a successor. One that could do well to ensure the voices of the lower, middle, and upper class are all heard equally and with as much weight.
[ If he had a paper to wave, he'd be waiving it. Instead, y'all get Robot Hand Gestures (TM). ] We've managed to gather a list of names, all of them imprisoned dissenters: Oskar Bjorkson, Elsi Simonsdottir, Valdor Fritsson, Gabriel Ymirson, Lilla Sagasdottir, Camilla Noelsdottir.
We don't know much more than that, but we wanted to bring our findings before you all and see what you thought. I know we discussed several options on the entry from our guildmates "lokiofasgard" and "beloved" and that many of you already have pursued your own paths. To that end! If you had any ideas or current work that might benefit from this information, it is yours. Personally, we had the idea that these people might be useful in upholding part of Ophelia's mission: protecting the lower class from complete eradication.
Honestly, all of these people could very much be as horrible for the job as they are great — do we feel it’s worth the risk to… “liberate” them somehow and possibly include them in Rost’s plans?
[ TL;DR: So, Iida and Ciri rustled up the names of some of the imprisoned dissenters. What Ophelia wants to ( or does not want to do ) with this information is up for debate. This is backdated to before the Electric Sheep event went live, for the reasons you'd expect?? ]

[ yes, "her" sidekick. completely accurate information. ]
Well, I always thought that was a mean stereotype to the elderly canine generation! All dogs can learn tricks, just like they all go to heaven.
no subject
[ Very well. ]
What do you and your crusty old sidekick do back home, train dogs?
no subject
[ ok maya. ]
Actually, we defend innocent people in court! Some of them do act like dogs, though...... we gotta train them not to do anything too incriminating.
[ as if such a thing was possible in the world of ace attorney. ]
no subject
[ That may or may not be skepticism in her voice. ]
no subject
[ also trying to negotiate andy into..... well, she's probably lost track of the argument now, actually. ]

[ somebody's got selective hearing. said person with selective hearing clasps her hands together and bows her head by way of hello. ]
You must be new! Welcome to the team. And the coolest club. [ because she's in it, presumably. ]
no subject
Honestly, I'd half-rather punch somebody in the face than waste the time trying to change their mind.
no subject
Well, you could always use that in your persuasion tactics. Ooooor, use your words to hurt someone! I think that's a thing.
[ she means cutting words. ]
no subject
Guess we could always do a good cop, bad cop thing though.
no subject
[ she's for it??? it seems like ]
Oh! That'd be fun!
no subject
no subject
[ punches her own palm for emphasis!!! and then shakes it out because she hurt herself doing that. ]
no subject
no subject
[ and not because she just embarrassed herself. surely not. ]
no subject
Very generous of you. I'm sure the bad guys will appreciate it.
no subject
We wouldn't want to mess them up too much. Even if they're bad guys. I can be pretty wild.
.... And plus, I wouldn't want to deprive you of any knuckling!
no subject
Dryly: ]
Who knows. Maybe they'll just listen if we say "please."
no subject
If it's us saying it, maybe.
[ there's an us now, apparently. ]
no subject
Maybe if you say please, and I stand behind you cracking my knuckles.
no subject
Oooh, I bet that'd work! My cuteness would make them weak in the knees, and then you could loom menacingly with the knuckle cracking.
no subject
Guess we won't know till we try.
