Hello everyone. My name is Julius Visconti.

Allow me to take this opportunity to formally thank all of you. I was held in prison for some time along with some others. I understand how much trouble you went through just to aid us.

There isn't a lot I can do to repay the favor. For that I apologize.

[He bows his head down in apology.]

I promise that I'll work even harder from now. [It's the least he can do around here. Julius isn't going to waste his time.]

On another note, I'd like to ask you all a question.

What do you know about magic? I've been intrigued by its concept and origins for some time, yet I hardly know anything. Magic is a difficult thing for me to grasp. I'd appreciate it if we could sit down and discuss it in detail.

[Sakura's a responsible and kind person. Julius isn't worried about how she's been using magic all this time.]

Tell me more about these Clow Cards you mentioned. I haven't heard of anything like it before.

[A unique power that's different from others? That sounds really interesting.]

Well, I didn't intend or ask for it....

[Which. Is a long story. But she tries with the basics at least.]

The Clow Cards are magical cards that the most powerful sorcerer - back home at least, he made them. Along with Kero-chan, the Beast of the Seal, and Yue, the other Guardian powered by the moon to help keep them safe. The cards can do all sorts of things. I can use them to fly, or transform my staff to a sword, or control the four elements, control shadows....all sorts of things. There are nineteen of them. They caused a lot of trouble back home, when I accidentally let them loose, so I spent a while finding them and sealing them back away to cards again.

Sealing away magic that's been set loose...[Julius thinks about what Sakura's said. He retains a stern expression while they're talking.]

Have you been able to find the remaining cards? I don't know how hard you worked in order to reseal them again. It's a difficult task that only you can accomplish.

[His tone indicates that he's taking this conversation very seriously. He doesn't intend to speak lightly of the magic that Sakura's decided to share.]

I did. All nineteen of them. Only, now I need to make Yue-san accept me with his Final Judgement, if I'm worthy of being the Mistress of the Clow Cards.

[Yue who is disguised as Yukito. Who has actually been by her side all along and she never knew. Sakura is still reeling from that and unsure what to do. She doesn't want to fight him. But all the same, she covers for her worry with a smile, as almost always. It's easier to reassure, to downplay and not mention the impending disaster if she might fail.]

But...but I'm sure it'll be all right.

There's nothing to worry about. [Julius isn't exactly sure of the details, but Sakura has come a long way. She's done everything she can up until this point.]

It may be a little late for this, but congratulations on sealing all of them. [All her hard work paid off and it's something he's happy for too.]

You've made it this far. I have faith in your abilities.

Y-yes! I'm sure I'll manage. I got this far. And Kero-chan and Syaoran-kun are with me back home, supporting me. So...it'll be okay. It's not like there is a lot I can do about Yue-san from here. I just need to focus on helping ALASTAIR for now.

[The same as everyone else is.]

Yes, we need to ensure that everyone returns to their own world safely once this is over. [He pauses for a second.]

Did you discover anything interesting within the past few weeks, Sakura? I haven't been able to check things out for myself until recently. [Jail sucks...0/10 would not recommend.]

Anything interesting? Oh...not really? Aside from some new people showing up to help us and ALASTAIR. Unless you mean with the fairies, or helping with the end of year celebrations, um, Christmas. I haven't figured anything new in regards to our mission though.

[Which is frustrating and sad, but not enough to completely stop her from having some hope they would figure this out and pull through somehow.]

It's alright. You shouldn't push yourself. [If they can't find new information then that's that. Sakura shouldn't have to tire herself out over it. Julius smiles a little.]

I'm just happy to hear that you're doing well. [Sakura was so upset last time they spoke. She sounds like she's doing better! It gives him hope too.]

I know. I still want to help. I still can help, or at least can consider other ways to. And I got a whistle from Graham-san, so if I ever need help, someone should be able to hear it.

[Though it would hardly be the first or likely the last time if she were to push herself to the point of exhaustion. Still, she does manage a smile at that, giving a nod.]

I am! I mean. Considering everything.

With your magic you'll be able to help us easily. [Not everyone can do the things Sakura can. It's amazing to him.]

It's good that there are people you can count on here too. When I was your age I would have never thought of relying on others. Everything is much harder to deal with when you're by yourself.

[He's speaking from his own personal experiences here. Sakura's on the right track. Best to ask for help now so you won't regret things later.]

I hope so! [After all, that's what she has been trying to do. To help in using her magic in some way. Even if it might be more limited than others' such abilities or powers.]

I do. There's Alice-san, and Pearl-san and....a lot of people that are here trying to help me. I know I can do a lot on my own, but I'm still only eleven.

[So. Obviously some things she isn't quite up to speed on in managing for herself. But she's getting there. And while she can sometimes try take on too much, she also knows she can ask for help if she needs it.]

There's no doubt in my mind. I'm certain that you'll be fine here as well.

[Alice and Pearl, yeah Julius has spoken to them once before. They both seemed really nice. Sakura won't go down the wrong way with this many people helping her. His expression changes into a slightly more gentler one. He'd like to be Sakura's friend too if it's possible.]

I appreciate your honesty, Sakura. You've been telling me about your magic so openly.

Well....I figured I can help more if people know about what I can do? Back home, it was a secret. Only a couple of people knew about it. But here....it's different. With the missions. We need to work together!

[That's why she is trying to be more open about it. It's just taking time to adjust to that and not get quite so sheepish about it, about people knowing and asking, or seeing her use her magic.]

I'll attest to that. [He nods. It makes sense. Julius doesn't want to keep his powers hidden forever either.]

You've told me about your abilities but I didn't tell you what mine is. My ability is the Power of Blood. I can manifest my willpower and turn it into a weapon. It's nothing more than firepower. I believe that magic is more useful to have.

[Those Clow cards are really handy man.]

B-blood.....? That doesn't hurt? How....?

[How does that even work. Why does he need to potentially hurt himself if the weapon is made of his blood? Sakura is confused. And concerned.]

It hurts when you first unlock it. Overtime you learn how to use it so you won't strain yourself.

[Her concern is only normal! Julius doesn't exactly go around telling everyone what his ability is, but he feels that Sakura deserves to know.]

Do your Clow Cards require some training to use?

It still sounds like it would be dangerous....

[After all, blood loss can be pretty serious sometimes, depending on how much is lost. But he obviously now has more experience with it and knows his limits, to some extent, from the sounds of it. Which is reassuring but also concerning in it's own way.]

Um, sort of? Kero-chan had to tell me what to say, what to do to seal the cards again. But I have the hang of it now. I've memorized what to say, and then I just....tell them what I want them to do.

It is dangerous. I haven't been using my powers here. Try not to worry about it.

[Julius won't use something so troublesome. There's no point in taking unnecessary risks after all. ]

You command magic with your mind and voice. It's something you had to accept and grow accustomed to. Wasn't that difficult to do?

[It doesn't sound simple to say the least...]

I guess, especially if you only more recently showed up and weren't involved with the rescue and the runes earlier.

[That sort of thing only really seems useful in combat, so Sakura can figure for now without seeing it and imagining other uses.]

I guess I never really....thought about it. I was just doing what I had to, to keep everyone safe. But Kero-chan said if I hadn't had even the potential, I wouldn't have been able to open the book of Clow to let the cards out in the first place. It did get easier the more cards I sealed.

You've been through many things I take it. From here on out you'll only experience more hardship. [It's not exactly the same as being at home. No one can tell what will happen, it makes Julius worried. Sakura's only a child after all. She has lots of things to learn.]

I don't know magic, but back home I was an instructor. Can I some teach you important life skills you might need?

Maybe....but I won't be alone.

[Back home, she knows she has support from Kero, Tomoyo, Syaoran. She'd manage. Even here, there are those also looking out for her. So she has faith she'll pull through with their help, if things did indeed get more difficult.]

An instructor? Oh, like a teacher? What did you teach?

Combat. [Yup, just one word.]

When you told me you could transform your staff into a sword I thought I might be able to help. You may pick up some new techniques from me.

[She might even be able to use it during her final test.]

Oh. Pearl-san is teaching me too! But...but it couldn't hurt. The way you fight might be quite different. I know Kurogane-san's technique was. If you think it could help.

[If it gives her more ability to potentially help, or simply in defending herself later on, it can't hurt. Pearl's techniques certainly seem rather unique with her seeming to dance.]

It could.

My techniques were intended to be used against monsters. One might show up around these areas. You can never be certain.

[He's not trying to scare her, that's just how it is.]
