[ This apartment may look a bit familiar. It's certainly the same one that Kaz was in in his previous post. This time however, the message features Jesper. Still decked out in his awesome 90s clothes, b-t-dubs. Yes, there are riots out there. And yeah, riots suck. But Jesper looks like he's doing pretty ok, thanks for asking. ]

Hey, so I know you guys are a real generous bunch. [ He grins. ] This might sound like a weird request, but given the way people were hoarding them back at the supermarket, I figure everybody's stocking up on canned food, right? Since I guess the food inside takes forever to spoil.

[ He shrugs. Yes, he was one of the people who looted the DollarClub. No, he does not look any worse for the wear. Instead Jesper produces a can of beans for the magitek. It's empty, actually, but he gives it a little spin if anyone needs to take a closer look before putting it down on the couch. ]

So I thought to myself, 'Jesper, I bet a lot of people are gonna just throw those cans away after they're done with them,' and that's a real shame. So if anybody has empty cans laying around, think you could send them my way?

[ He smiles again, this time the can seems to, um. Float? In mid-air? Does he know he's doing that? ]

I promise, they're for a good cause.

I wanted to test out my powers since I've been getting better at making stuff. Used to be I could only do like... lockpicks. I think I could make something bigger, y'know?

Fabrikating isn't limited to metals, but metal is the easiest for me. It's what I actually have some practice with.

Like, controlling metals and junk. Making them do what you want, or even manipulating them into different shapes!

Ohhh, then yeah, I have that.

I mean, I'm way out of practice, so it's pretty limited, but with some training, I could probably do all that.

So what are you going to do with metal cans?

[endeudado]

Probably try to make knives or armor. [ Naturally, what else do you make with metal? ]

Armor might be kinda hard, since I'm better at making things brittle than strengthening them, but once I figure out how to make knives that don't fall apart, that should make armor an easy next step.

[ lance nods, finding the endeavor to be quite noble and useful.

Partnerships, huh? You'd have to go through Kaz for that.

Yeah, actually. He's the leader of the gang I ran with back in Ketterdam.

[ He signs his checks in other words... but they're also friends! Who says you can't be friends with your boss? ]

I'm kind of his right-hand man.

Ah... Well — it's not for me I was thinking about anyway. I know someone else on the team who can manipulate metals. Figured if you two team up or coordinate, maybe a lot more can get done?
