besides sometimes cases end up having pretty interesting nutjobs behind them

not JUST murderers
like i said once u get labeled a latent criminal ur not allowed to be part of society anymore
most of the time that just means they trip one of the street scanners and a drone comes to take them away, or to therapy if they're not too far gone yet
but sometimes they'll resist arrest and do something stupid like kidnap a woman as a hostage and that's where we come in
