I have discovered some information of importance that may aid us going forward.

As it turns out, our terrorists are not affiliated with the colors they wear. I was able to determine that they acted alone, without the instruction of the Empress of the Crashing Wave.

I believe an unknown third party may be attempting to escalate tension in order to incite civil war between the clans.

That makes sense. Shouldn't we inform Empress Nama of our findings?

She is being made aware by her guard as we speak.

With little information on the third party to go on, I really hope she can keep her people from striking back... it's feeling restless here.

She may not have an interest in doing so. It strengthens her claim. I believe her reaction will tell us quite a bit in regards to what sort of leader she is.

I can imagine there being pressure on her decisions when the people don't exactly feel the same.

Once she's properly informed, I'm sure there will be word about her thoughts among the royal guards. I'll scout out the noble's district and listen to what they have to say.
