Hello, everyone. As I've mentioned to a few of our associates, Arima and I have done some of our own investigation in the sewers. Our initial findings prompted some follow-up, and now we're prepared to report what we've gathered.

During our first search, we found a table on which some notes in alien writing were gathered. Along with this were an ear-piercing gun and plastic tags that bear an unfamiliar symbol. It would seem someone is tracking the underground infected, from what we can gather.

Our second search turned up what seems to be a jewelcomm like ours. These all seem to be signs that Percy is indeed in the sewers and coordinating with an organization who uses the same kind of technology we do, and I can only think of one other. Should anyone wish to examine it, we can make that available to you. I see no purpose in leaving it for its user to retrieve.

Whatever's going on, it appears fairly organized. It's not just infecting the populace if tracking after the fact is involved...

If anyone else has further findings or insights, let's see what we can make of this.
