[disheartening]

Well this has been a delightful show in how ungraceful pointless and needless violence is.

While I could care less what that whole fiasco was about, if there are those who are still hurt, I can offer my help in quick healing provided everyone would start thinking instead of throwing fists.

That is, thinking.

not hitting, not throwing, not punching, not biting.

thinking. can we all manage that for five seconds?

It did get a little ridiculous, didn't it? Seems a little odd, too. Normally, brawls like that have a clear spark point. But I failed to observe one myself.

neither have I but then, it could have been an entirely stupid thing that happened before either of us arrived there. or it was that insignificant that we've missed it.

and unfortunately for all of us, it worked. well, that means that there are those out there who might know what everyone is fighting about.

We aren't the ONLY ones that you should be relaying that message to. When there are two sides of a quarrel, it's really just a matter of time before propo goes between one or the other. :?

Usually get gets so heated that the situation is easily manipulated.

Well in this case I'm more interested in the side that used to make a remote sort of sense.

some people spend months with no sunlight. it's hardly a reason to go around getting dragged into fist fights. We're lucky nobody is dead.

I miss sunlight as much as the next person but it's hardly a reason for me to go and break a chair across someone's spine, now is it? we are here to work and I feel everyone should try to be a little more refined.

I reckon that a lot of us can manage it just fine. You do know that we weren't responsible for the brawl, right?

[It seems odd to shame them for being caught up in the mess. Sure, some of them fought, but Harry is hardly blaming anyone who's working for ALASTAIR. That seems a little unfair.]

and yet some people allowed themselves to engage it so heavily that lives were almost lost and over nothing.

I'm not casting blame on either side. I'm a mother. I know well by now this must have been a stupid decision from anyone involved but the thing is, now we're involved whether we wanted to or not.

we're only ever so fortunate that people were only kept behind bars for a day.

we've more important work than getting caught it brawls. the consequences of our involvement are already showing themselves.

It sounds like you're throwing more blame than you realise.

How certain are you that our involvement is why the fight broke out? I think the fight was happening just fine before any of us went to the scene itself. The conflict between humans and goblins has existed for a while, and we're meant to stop it.

But more importantly, time has passed since the sun first went away. Of course people are going to grow tense without answers, and everyone throwing blame around.

I'd think we're better off not talking down to each other about this, don't you? There's no reason to cause conflict in our ranks, even if the people of this world see us on specific sides for whatever reason.

then I do. I spent the better part of the day healing people who seemed hellbent on fighting. it may not be why the fight broke out but we don't need to risk ourselves for something so tactless. we're not going to solve a war by getting ourselves killed.

trust me, I miss the sun as well as anyone, Harry Potter. But if someone dies, even my magic can't save them and I rather us staying in one piece.

Some scolding seems harmless in comparison.

Wow, Regina-san! You can heal? Like with magic? That's amazing! I mean, I've been trying to help with some first aid but I can't use magic to heal like that. Just basic stuff with bandages and things, really. Healing magic could help them feel better a lot faster though! Is it okay, if I see anyone and I tell them to ask you?

[Mostly because she only knows some basics. Some injuries could be beyond her skills and resources. Healing magic could speed things up and take care of potentially more serious injuries with less recovery time necessary.]

I'm doing what I can, at least. But I'll let them know if I think you could help! I guess we were told to try stop this. We knew they weren't getting along. I'm just not sure what to do to help them make up.

[This is so much more complicated than her usual school drama and worries. Fighting and all like this. It's bloody, brutal, far more outright violent even if some of the Cards are more offensive. Even if some literally nearly killed her in the process of capturing them.]

Sometimes, these things take a while. Don't trouble yourself too much with it, you've already done enough.

that is what we're here to do, we're meant to help. No war has been solved by us getting tangled in pointless fighting. I'd like to think of how to solve it, preferably without tossing chairs at people or goblins.

( he'd know, since he fought for her in a war against a little girl with a problem with secrets... yet, he gets that bickering pointlessly with the Queen probably also counts as pointless fighting.

he's not sure he's keen to work with her, yet, but, she's not wrong. they've got to find a way to resolve this. )

does anyone know what has them at odds? or is it just bias?
