[There's a lot of negative stuff happening on this planet, and it's not at all the same sort of friendly heartfelt journey that travelling on Zeta-12 had been. And while Luffy doesn't hate being here, it's definitely putting him in a mood for better things.
And while he's not the type to complain about an adventure, he'll just do the next best thing. Which is simple enough for the pirate captain, and for any who might listen into the short, sweet, and to-the-point voice message.]
I wanna' know about the coolest adventure you've ever gone on. Or just the coolest thing you've ever seen.
[He's quickly learning that there are thousands of worlds and places he'll never be--so naturally...
He wants to know about them. So why not share a story or two.]
((feel free to threadjack/talk amongst yourselves in this thread, too--even if Luffy will reply to every story told here himself.))

But you're right about firebending. It's bending fire, just like you bend air or water or earth.
[he's wised up a little after chihiro though, and instead of leaving that terrible explanation at that, he tacks on a question at the end.]
Do you want me to show you?

If they're endangered, then it's reasonable to try and protect them, is that right?
[Because mythical creatures like dragons are considered pretty sacred and if they were alive...well. He'd do his best to protect them too. Sabo definitely pays no mind when a change of topics happen. Considering how the concept of "bending" is new to him.]
By all means! I've never seen fire bend. ...nor those other elements. [Sabo, don't be an idiot.] I'd definitely would love to see a demonstration.

[aang's a little show-off at heart; the more people he can wow with any sort of bending, the happier he'll be. but first--]
Where are you? I'll come find you so I can show you in person.
show-off meet show-off: to be continued
I'm in front of the hat shop? Just got done shopping for hats with my younger brother. I can stand near the metal horses in front of here if it'll make it easier.
gently calls this a wrap for now
