Ran into Koltira. He wasn't exactly his usual charming, brooding self.

I saw his message. It sounded like he was in pain.

[ tho shiro had been assured that anyone who actually found koltira would also be in pain, so. that all checks out. ]

Are you injured?

...I don't doubt that he is. He's kinda always in pain, from what I understand.

Not as bad as I could'a been. He got cognitive long enough that I got away. He's not lost, not completely.

Seemed that way. Just a moment of clarity. I don't expect it stuck for long.
