Good evening.
[Though the subject matter behind his reasoning for addressing the networks was far different now than the first time he had the previous month, his even, dispassionate tone of voice is exactly the same.]
I've come to realize that the time in which we will be returning back to Oska is very close to—if not exactly on—the winter solstice. [He's used to a duo of sing-songy fae stopping by his house and giving him forewarning. He actually had to use a calendar this time.] Though I doubt all worlds follow the same laws and traditions, it is a day of great importance in my own. There are several rituals I am... curious if anyone would wish to help me carry out, to give us auspicious passage through the winter months.
As I don't think the old gods of winter have any particular sway over these distant realms, I am fairly confident nothing will be dangerous.
Please let me know if you might be interested, or if you might have any questions.

Excellent.
[It must look strange to those watching him wherever he is standing, nodding slowly as he stares into space.]
A few, actually. Evergreen plants such as holly and ivy are particularly useful, and I will be interested if they have any specimens of oak or yew trees also.
[He wonders if they were allowed to cut any down...]

Do you intend to decorate with them...?

That is what is customary, yes. [A brief pause.] It is also useful to sometimes craft charms to keep on one's person, as a talisman for good fortune.
[He thinks back to when he and Chise had come across the Horned God and his Dark Lady in the woods while gathering resources for the celebration. They had been passed by because of the sprig of yew that he had given her earlier. He doubts that would happen here, but you never knew...]

[ it's such a refreshing thing to think about, after all the misery and pain she's had to slog through these past few weeks. she is tired, and it is clear once more in her voice, but the idea of something innocent and festive like this... it cheers her up exponentially. ]
I would love to offer my help with that Elias. I admit I'm not very good at charm-making... but I am a faster learner, I promise!

You needn't worry about such things, Ms. Olivia. They can be as simple or as complex as the creator designates.
Regardless, thank you. I will call upon your help when we return.

But I look forward to it, Mr. Elias..! I hope you get a good number of volunteers.

But thank you, Ms. Olivia.
