Really? You originally said "probably drinkable", that already sounds like a warning. If you were absolutely certain the juice was fresh, you wouldn't phrase it that way.

It strikes me as highly irresponsible to offer a drink that might be a health hazard.

Then what's the point in seeding doubts about it? At best it will actually deter people not-interested in alcohol and not wanting to risk a poisoning with juice of questionable quality and freshness. You seem not even certain what it is! It hardly inspires trust.

If your goal was only to lure in alcohol-drinkers for some celebrating, you could simply state so.
