[Alright, so maybe she's a little late with it being the 1st and all, but Ranmaru is on the video feed in a seasonally appropriate version of her usual outfit; instead of her hat, it's a santa hat, and instead of her jacket, it's a santa jacket - only it's worn the same way she wears her usual one, unbuttoned.

And...that's a fairly large sack she's holding over her shoulder, appropriately red to match her outfit. At least she's more relaxed with this one since it wasn't the result of some dumb curse.]

Yooooo! Little late for this I guess, but you all got one last gift to get for Christmas, courtesy of Old Saint Nick himself. Santa-san's real sorry they couldn't do it themselves but...y'know, long trip back home and all. So I'll be playing Santa's helper this year.

[She waves a hand, dismissively; don't think too hard about this.]

Anyway...apparently some real thoughtful person on our team asked Santa-san for something to lift the old collective spirit, soo...

Isn't it cute? This is mine, so don't ask for it. But they're really warm and cozy too; great for the cold if that kinda thing gets to you. Cold never bothered me, anyway.

Anyway, if you wanna grab yours, just come on down to the city square. ...although if that's a problem for anyone, lemme know. I'll have it sent your way somehow.

[Lea feels like maybe he's got a much better grasp on Christmas now that he's actually been given the chance to experience one. But just when he thinks he's heard the last of Sandy Claws or Santa Claus or Saint Nicolas or whatever the hell his name actually is, he turns a corner and there stands someone in a red coat with a red hat and a big sack on their back. He just stands there a moment, then checks the date on his communicator--no, it's definitely the 1st of January.

[He blinks curiously and regards this person with puzzlement.]

I thought Christmas was like a week ago.

So imagine his surprise when he wandered through town and came across a girl giving out...pajamas??

He raised an eyebrow as he approached, pointing at the kigurumi's with confusion, but amused interest.]

...What the heck are those things?

Thiiiiiis is called a kigurumi. They're made to be cozy for these kinds of nights...

[Or in general. She offers it to him then with one hand, holding it out to him, closer this time as if to imply he take it.]

[She makes a frame with both hands, her thumbs and index fingers specifically, and moves it around. From Rin's side of the feed, it'll look like Ranmaru is looking over how much of Rin she can see through her makeshift frame and attempting to think of a suggestion.

[Nico is not seen going outside on her own very much these days, with the level of chaos out there, and the town square, however near, doesn't hold very good memories after the street brawl. But things have been looking weirdly up lately when the Christmas spirit unexpectedly infected the world and Ran will be there, so she takes the chance to come on her own.

She can probably be heard coming before she's seen, what with the bells on the hair ribbons she's got her hair tied up in today. (The other part of Gin's present also makes an appearance since she hasn't gotten any winter clothes from ALASTAIR rewards. She's by now given in and actually bought a coat and scarf from around here.) The jingling intensifies when she sees Ran, as she hurries towards her - she still doesn't feel very safe being out on her own. When she gets within conversational distance, she gives Ran's outfit a skeptical look.]

Do you wear everything like that? Though at least you haven't ripped the sleeves on this one yet....
