[ Really, she had hoped to get her thoughts out about this sooner, but there are things she wants to Address and get people to think about now that it seems like a new year is upon them. It makes sense after the Christmas/Yule w/e celebrations that had taken place. For any that may know her though, she definitely seems very upbeat today. ]

Good day, everyone. [ It's the first time she's actually addressed the magitek like this though, which is why she tries to keep as formal as possible from the get go. ] My name is Sonia Nevermind, some of you may know me, others may not -- if that is the case, it is a pleasure to meet you now.

I was wondering... is it common for people of your worlds to make New Years Resolutions? This is where you make promises or goals for yourself for the new year.

For me, this year I hope to get stronger, so I may protect those I care about. I wish to learn more about medicine, to ensure that those with healing skills are not tiring themselves out. [ She's ticking these off with her fingers as she goes. ] I wish... to be more honest, about past instances that were beyond my control... but I feel are important to share with friends. I wish to spend more time with others, and learn more about the different cultures and languages we have within our team. If you were to consider this now... what would you choose?

Also, as we have been in good spirits recently, I also hoped we may try to get to know one another better with a game? There is one called "2 truths 1 lie", I believe, where we share two pieces of information that are "real" along with one piece of information that is a lie. As I understand, this is a hella good game to bond. For example: "I can speak 30 languages." "I have got a sister." "I can pilot a helicopter." Which one is incorrect?

It would be a little unreasonable to expect that of someone at all times, I think...

[ It is, in some ways, easier to expect no one to be there when she hasn't told anyone anything in great detail. Having your mind messed with is one thing, telling that you've had your memories lost is another, but the things that happened during those times are safely locked away for the time being. ]

I'm afraid the last I've heard from them was on our last day in Perdition's Rest. Both Felixl and Odette were doing well... eager to start again, in various degrees.

I've written them letters, though. Hopefully Mr. Llyod will be able to deliver them for me.

[ Sonia wonders, for a brief moment, if she shouldn't have asked. The answer explains it though, that it may merely be a instance of missing them than anything else. She hopes it is, at least. ]

I am sure they will be happy to hear that. I am as well, it must have been difficult to say goodbye.

I think only because I had to leave them so suddenly.

Me? Um... Well I am happy that I got to meet people like you, Olivia. It was very difficult for me to travel, yet here you can meet people from other worlds.

Only a little. I will accept that at least. Of course there are other things as well. There are many things I have been able to experience here. Have you tried the hot springs yet? They are truly wonderful!

Oh, I have, yes...! They're quite lovely, aren't they? We don't really have them anywhere I've been to back home... It's so luxurious...

That is the same for me. Obviously we have baths but that isn't the same. Would you like to go sometime? From what I have found it has been more enjoyable to go with someone else, or it can get rather boring.

Oh! [ olivia looks quite smitten by the idea, hands flying up to cover her mouth. not that sonia will see... ] Would you not mind? [ despite sonia already implying as much, olivia just HAS TO MAKE SURE okay... ] I haven't gone in a while, but I would love to accompany you sometime for sure...!

Of course not! [ Sonia's practically beaming too, so this is okay. ] I would love to spend more time with you, after all.

How exciting...! We can make a girl's day of it~ Pamper ourselves after a long mission!

Ah! Should I ask some others as well? That would be really nice to get together and do, I think.

Oh, that would be lovely! Do you think they would enjoy it?

Of course! Who would not enjoy the warmth of the hot springs with our company?
