Quick!!
There's only a day and a half left!
how have you been getting cats to let you pet them???
[Morality discussions? People worried about going into yet another fight? Not as important as Saitama's goal to pet at least one cat, like, c'mon. Please adviseor troll!]

B)
[Not exactly the point Zenyatta is making, but close enough, right?]

It also helps being very warm. I think there is something about being made of metal, and warmth, that attracts them to me.

[He mumbles, then louder:]
But I'm warm, too, aren't I?
[It'd be super weird if he learns now he not only lost all his hair but body warmth, too.]

I don't think if I somehow made myself hotter they'd want to come to me anyway.
[There's a tinge of something in his tone, like maybe he has something weighing on his mind about this more than just being frustrated by persnickety cats.]

[He rubs his chin in thought. For awhile. Sorry. Then:]
Where you at? By that tree still?
[Such a hobo.]

What's the worse than can happen meditating under a tree?

If any rogue thunderstorms come I'll be sure to get you inside safe and sound, okay? See ya.

Either way, he takes a seat next to Saitama, settling to the ground already cross-legged. ]
Greetings, Saitama.

[He wasn't napping, but his greeting turned into a big yawn like he had been. He doesn't get up from his position or anything, though, the grass is comfy. At the tail end of his yawn, making his voice sound more languid than usual, he remarks:]
Glad you made it safely.

[ It obviously wasn't. ]

I ever tell you how I got strong?
[This is going somewhere, promise.]

[Hopefully you weren't expecting a novel, or even a paragraph, Zenyatta.]
no subject
[ He wasn't expecting much, and yet he's still disappointed... ]

[Gosh, aren't monks supposed to be patient.
He's silent for a bit more, thinking about what he's going to say next. He never opens up to anyone, barely admits things to himself let alone someone else, not even Genos, but Genos has his own problems. Zenyatta, at least, Saitama knows he wants to hear problems sometimes. He keeps his gaze trained on the swaying cat tail far above him.]
Animals weren't really attracted to me or anything before, but if I fed a cat a noodle it wouldn't always run away. But after, they always ran, if they even took the noodle.

You are concerned that animals fearing you is related to gaining your strength.
[ Not said sarcastically, but as a genuine statement. ]
Yes?
