[ with his wrist raised to grant the magic bracelet a view of his stern face, the backdrop of his makeshift stable in the outskirts, it's apparent that Levi hasn't gone to any special preparations to make this announcement. however, he also hasn't wasted any time between the offer of Arthur's and now to corral ALASTAIR attention of his own. they've waited long enough. ]

The Order of the Chimera would have us plan a jailbreak for tomorrow.

And keen as I'm not on caving to the demands of terrorists, unlike that disaster in the streets a few weeks ago, this time we have the foresight to organize ourselves. I know some of you have your doubts. But whether or not we're helping those fools out in the process, where I'm concerned, we can't leave our people hanging in the balance.

So while the rest of you figure out how to deal with Michel, I say we combine our efforts.

[ simultaneous operations or otherwise, their downfall is being uninformed or unprepared for each others' movements. and while it may not be clear, due to a number of circumstances in which he's seen some less than reputable behavior among recruits... ] Our success hinges on snipping every loose thread.

To account for that, our most suitable people should lead the operation. But don't take it personally. Organized into squads, we can draw on all of our recruits' unique strengths. That includes you rookies.

I know the lot of you may not be so bent on following orders willy nilly, but be reasonable. We'll receive no higher guidance with ALASTAIR leaving us to our own devices, and we've got better chances in a team willing to ally themselves with loyalty than in a disjointed mob of lone wolves. Take heed to the fact that your cooperation with each other will determine the fate of our teammates' lives.

[ now then. with that out of the way, the next matter at hand is the allocation of these squads. ]

Riza. Pearl. Lend me a hand, will you? [ this is his way of saying he deems you two "suitable." ]

The rest of you: a basic rundown of your abilities would be of help. I'm not gonna force your hand, but we need to sort ourselves out somehow.

I doubt things are going to be as organized as I'd like, but if we want to manage their movements at all, we're going to need the assault team split up, with known leaders for them to defer to. Think you can handle a team of your own?

Anna's got some pretty detailed notes on the guards that I've been looking over. If there's going to be a frontal assault, I think the best place for me would be doing cleanup and making sure we've accounted for every one of them. The last thing we need is someone slipping out and bringing backup from the castle.

Gotta imagine it's pretty hard to find anybody out in those woods out in the dark. Though if you want a more comfortable squatting place, you'll probably have to look towards someone in town to take you in.

I was thinking of disabling their limbs. Stab a guy in the armpit, and he's not going to be holding a weapon for awhile.

Order of the Chimera, a jailbreak... to be honest, it's a little hard for her to follow along, having only been in the Chantes for a short while. But her heart goes out to the people who are being held captive, caught up in a conflict that was not there own.]

I'm Shirley. I'd like to help. I'm a crystal eren-- [She catches herself, biting her lip, before rephrasing to a more general term:] ... in a fight, I cast spells using a quill.

Um, as long as I have someone covering me I'm usually fine in battle... but most of my stronger offensive artes take time to cast and cover a wide area. They're not the best suited for close quarters.

[Meaning, between that and her physical frailty, she's not really your girl for infiltration missions.]

But, I can cast fortifying artes for anyone before the mission begins. And I can heal people or perform basic first aid if they've been injured, as long as it's nothing severe.

I just got here, so I'm not entirely sure how this mess even happened, but I've got like twelve years' experience in recon and, ah... search and destroy, if you will. My weapons of choice work for melee and ranged attacks, and I've got some magic up my sleeves, too. Mostly fire.

Oh, and this may come in handy: I can... erm. Teleport? For lack of a better word. It's hard to explain, but the long and short of it is, walls are rarely an issue for me. I can't take passengers, and it's not something to be used all willy-nilly, but, well... there it is.
