Helloooo, Guild Ophelia~!
[Yep, it’s Urahara. Everyone’s favorite jackass, beaming at the camera in all his be-buckethatted glory] It looks like I perfected my latest project just in time. I call it-
[And here he holds up what looks like a tiny computer chip, as he speaks with a booming flourish:] Project Fey! Turn the Enemies Against One Another!
[If you’re embarrassed by him, trust me… you definitely should be. It’s a natural reaction]
It’s a specialty chip designed to attach to the cleaning robots that activates when they start up. If we plant these little doodads in government buildings, then we have a chance to spy on officials and find out information without endangering anyone else. We’ll be able to see if there’s any incriminating evidence we can leak to the masses to get the upper class to turn to our side as well.
Of course, it’s a really daunting task, and I couldn’t hope to do it all by myself, so if anyone feels up to being sneaky, we need people to get into places to put these chips in the cleaning robots, as well as a few hands on deck to make extra chips with Rost's help, and sift through the data. And fighters to protect all of our backs! Every little bit helps.
And you should all thank Maya-san for inspiring this~

[That sounds like he wants to lone wolf it, but the reality is he doesn't need extra resources devoted to him.]

All we have to do is put the little chips on the robots? That doesn't sound too bad.

[ ever the critic :/ ]
Are there any specific buildings that we should focus on in these tasks, and how many should be planted per building? I would be able to provide a means to keep guards at bay through memory alteration.

Let me know when you're free for me to swing by and get the basics. I'll help out with the production end of things.
