[Yep, it’s Urahara. Everyone’s favorite jackass, beaming at the camera in all his be-buckethatted glory] It looks like I perfected my latest project just in time. I call it-

[And here he holds up what looks like a tiny computer chip, as he speaks with a booming flourish:] Project Fey! Turn the Enemies Against One Another!

[If you’re embarrassed by him, trust me… you definitely should be. It’s a natural reaction]

It’s a specialty chip designed to attach to the cleaning robots that activates when they start up. If we plant these little doodads in government buildings, then we have a chance to spy on officials and find out information without endangering anyone else. We’ll be able to see if there’s any incriminating evidence we can leak to the masses to get the upper class to turn to our side as well.

Of course, it’s a really daunting task, and I couldn’t hope to do it all by myself, so if anyone feels up to being sneaky, we need people to get into places to put these chips in the cleaning robots, as well as a few hands on deck to make extra chips with Rost's help, and sift through the data. And fighters to protect all of our backs! Every little bit helps.

Are there any specific buildings that we should focus on in these tasks, and how many should be planted per building? I would be able to provide a means to keep guards at bay through memory alteration.

We definitely want to hit the Prime Minister's home and the Democratic Complex, and the latter one is going to take a few different chips to make sure we catch everything.

It was too good an idea to pass up on, and once I figured out how to make the chips, it wasn't difficult at all to figure out the rest. Of course, brainstorming a name took the longest time.

How did you make the chips?

Through a combination of tiny audio recorders and spare Roomba parts so they blend seamlessly into the underside of the machines. It sounds easy, but it was a bit hard to get everything right.

Microphones only, unfortunately. Putting them anywhere but the bottom of the Roombas risks them being spotted, but Rost has the capability to clean up the sound and listen in.

We only want to make the upper class turn on the politicians, so even a little bit of juicy gossip will likely make them riot.
