[ Wanda isn't willing to discount the existence of "real" magic, so to speak. She just knows what she has and probably what Asgardians have is too advanced for understanding. ]

Back home I would have told you magic doesn't exist.

( here... well it still is and might always be his gut reaction, but it's harder to ignore the possibility of the inexplicable as it used to be.

People who have similar skills are called espers. There isn't really many of them that we know of. Hero Association got only two.

I would name it sorcery, to begin. If I should trust the talk in the streets, a thousand and one causes should arise. Some god gave this man his fire; another binds shadows because he studied under a woman from the Shadowlands. Still another will tell you his powers derive from some charm he bought from a caravan.

[ The explanations for magic as murky as magic itself. But she has done it once herself, out of will and instinct, though she had called it faith and need. She has not tried again. ]
