[He sure does. And he definitely does take the time to blow off some steam there, but eventually he does get hungry. And one of the few great things about this place? No fucking hyper-oats. Ever.

He could just have the kitchen magic him up some food, but it's not as satisfying as making it with his own hands, he's found. So he's in the kitchen making himself some of his best dish--taco rice. Best way to shake off a bad mood is with a food you enjoy, right?

He's just about finished when he sees someone else enter the kitchen; he and Reika have never met in person, so he doesn't recognize her immediately. Still, he offers:]

[ It's only in the evening that Reika makes her daily visit to the kitchens. She has her notebook in one hand, her mind pondering on what dish she should make - and as a result she's caught by surprise at his offer. ]

[ She replies with a slight bow. He's certainly not the strangest person she's met in the kitchens, so she's more willing to take his word that it's actually food and not a prank. ]

[For his part, Kagari doesn't look awkward, but his smile does dim a couple watts. He's a bit sore about the whole thing, her and Sonia's reactions serving as a bitter reminder of who and what he is--not fit to live among "wholesome" people like them--but he's determined to put it out of his mind and forget about it.]
